Booking & Check-In
- Valid identification is required at check-in.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
Use of Facilities
- Resort amenities—including swimming pool, kids zone, BBQ area and lake deck—are for registered guests only.
- Guests must follow posted safety guidelines and staff instructions.
- Damages to property or misuse of facilities may result in penalties.
Events & Group Bookings
- Convention hall and event spaces must be reserved in advance.
- Event terms are governed by separate contracts and policies.
- Noise, decor and guest limits must comply with resort standards.
Liability & Conduct
- Shayan Hotel & Resort PLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward staff, other guests and property.
- Management reserves the right to deny service or remove guests violating resort policies.

Refund & Cancellation
We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate of both guest needs and operational commitments.
Standard Bookings
- Full Refund : Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in
- Partial Refund : Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a service charge
- No Refund : No-shows or same-day cancellations
Event & Group Reservations
- Subject to contract terms and cancellation notice period
- Security deposits may be non-refundable depending on event type and timing
Special Packages & Promotions
- Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Date changes may be allowed based on availability
